Responsibilities
Represent IGT's system and new technology products to major customers, regulators and other allocated accounts to achieve, support and grow IGT's revenue targets. Accountable for revenues achieved and product and service mix sold. Work with Sales Management and Systems Service Delivery personnel to achieve an increased level of customer satisfaction and to develop further business opportunities for products, service and/or solutions, ensuring a holistic business approach in providing solutions to clients. Evaluate and identify strategic relationships and formulate business plans with key industry partners and stakeholders to commercialize available opportunities.
- Recommend sales budgets by product and client and advise management of the market and technical support strategies required to achieve recommended sales targets, collate system sales pipeline reporting. - Revenue generation and OI to meet company target and growth opportunities.
- Maintain close relationship with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible. This includes becoming a trusted advisor and not just a supplier of technical services and solutions and providing training and support on the IGT System product.
- Monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and suppliers and attendance at industry association meetings and seminars. - Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients for Systems products, services or solutions.
- Appraise current and planned customer's needs and advice on the application of company products or services to customer requirements. - Recommend variations in product, formulation or package design and participate in regular production and sales meeting to communicate field intelligence.
- Report on customer call plans and customer product requirements and provide regular progress reports on performance.
- Manages the collection of field and competitive intelligence to support regular product or service line sales forecasting activities as well as product development activities, summarizes findings and submits to executive management.
- Utilizing “Salesforce.com” as a value-add sales information tool for the business by managing timely and accurate recognition of pipeline opportunities, revenue and sales data collection and reporting.
- Summarizes escalated issues or recurring problems and participates in the development of multi-regional programs or process improvements to resolve those problems and customer relations conflicts.
- Regularly assesses the competitive positioning of IGT's products or services.
- Draft proposals and detailed costings and prepare contract documents for review by senior management prior to negotiation with clients.
- Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards, such as liaising with Compliance and regulators to ensure system product modules, and future product development is scoped to comply with the various jurisdictional gaming and system regulations in the region.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all system and new technologies products in an environment where there are multiple activities to be across at the one time.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of new products, systems and innovations whilst ensuring that existing products and activities are managed appropriately.
- Effective cross-functional communication is required, particularly between Systems and Sales/Account Managers, and acting in the best interest of IGT overall, where there may be competing priorities.
- Expanding new technology applications to the environment (where applicable), whilst dealing with regulatory environments.
- Ensuring your Management is informed of market product requirements.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and highly developed leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
- Demonstrated management, business, and financial interpretation and reporting skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical specialized gaming products/service or new technology (eg, Cloud, non-land based gaming) sales in a B2B environment, plus a proven track record of obtaining sales results.
- Minimum of 3-5 years management experience.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989-$200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
