Contracts Administrator

Location(s): New York City, NY , Waltham, MA | Hybrid

The Legal Team is located across four offices in the US, EMEA and APAC. As a vital part of the organization, the team works with all departments – Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Product Management, Customer Success, Finance, Development and Procurement to ensure successful resolution and execution of all legal agreements and a variety of matters to minimize legal exposure and ensure compliance with legal and company policy.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the SS&C Intralinks Global Legal team. The successful candidate will be an integral partner of the contract execution process. As directed by the Head of Legal Operations.

What You Will Get To Do: 

  • Manage the contract signature process, including e-signatures and manual signatures.

  • Follow up with key stakeholders such as Sales, Deal Desk, Finance and Legal to resolve contract issues.

  • Escalate system issues, including those related to contract templates, e-signatures, contract management and Customer Relations Management (CRM) solutions.

  • Contribute to initiatives aimed to enhancing workflow efficiency, automation, and standardization.

  • Develop manuals and provide education to key stakeholders about the processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring: 

  • 1+ years of experience in contracts administration or a related field in an in-house legal department.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification.

  • Knowledge of digital signatures and CRM systems, preferably SpringCM and DocuSign.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

  • Ability to proactively source solutions to systems and process issues.

  • Salesforce and Contract Management Systems.

  • Proficient Word and Excel Skills.
