Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Veeam, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. Your duties will include collaborating with Hiring Managers to devise and execute recruitment strategies, managing open positions within the Greenhouse ATS, and delivering weekly progress reports. You will also conduct market intelligence analysis to stay informed about IT recruitment trends and challenges. The role requires you to have a proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, especially for R&D roles. You are expected to have strong communication skills, proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are also expected to possess excellent analytical and English verbal and written communication skills.

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment team in Pune. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.

Your tasks will include:

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Deliver weekly progress reports and conduct market intelligence analysis

What we expect from you:

Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on R&D roles
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends, challenges, and best practices
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams
