The role
You will be a member of the Customer Product Office and report to the Production Process Manager. You will be responsible for onboarding and guiding our annotations team throughout various annotation projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and efficiently.

As the TPL, you will maintain expertise in diverse annotations scenarios and navigate edge cases that arise during projects. You will also provide training to team members, communicate effectively with clients and partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Your tasks:

  • Draft the labeling guide for labeling team from customer specifications
  • Monitor the quality and throughput of the labeling team through the onboarding process
  • Design training projects to test the understanding of the labeling team
  • Lead the labeling team through the production phase
  • Communicate and document all edge cases with the customer and internal stakeholders

What will you need to be successful?

Core competences:
  • Well organized with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with orchestrating and collaborating with labeling teams globally
  • Problem-solving across tools and cultures
  • Skilled in the use of labeling tools with experience in labeling and quality assurance

Education, job experience and special requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in business, computer science, technology or IT related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a labeling production environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
