We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who is a member of the Product organization. We need someone who is familiar with Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and supporting enterprise-level both hardware and software products. You will be working with European and US-based teams located in the US, Dublin, Helsinki. You will work closely with the Product, Data Science, and software and hardware Engineering organizations. You will ensure deliverables are properly scoped, dependencies are accounted for and the project is meeting goals and deadlines.
The ideal candidate has successfully led and independently owned the lifecycle of an enterprise-level software and hardware project, ensuring timely and successful delivery using technical project management best practices. You act as the point person for multiple projects to ensure visibility, accountability and deliverables are communicated to Sales, Executives and other stakeholders. You are a detail-oriented person with exceptional communication, analytical and abstract thinking skills. You work well with others and are able to “influence without authority” in order to successfully deliver multiple projects on time. You have worked closely with business and technology partners, played a crucial role in supporting customer-facing software, and have demonstrable experience building and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
work closely with Agile Coaches and Product to align on competing priorities to ensure the backlog is properly prioritized with project-level requirements
run project status meetings to determine progress, identify roadblocks, drive their resolution or ensure a clear hand-off to the right owner and work to minimize risks
provide clear, concise and accurate written communication in the form of status reports
develop and manage sales and executive level dashboards to inform of project status, review timelines, assess project risk, identify mitigations.
work closely with all stakeholders review priorities and project deliverables
attend cross-team meetings and articulate any issues, changes in priority, or blockers that impact projects

Develop project plans that support the greater company roadmap, breaking down project deliverables into phases and milestones
create Jira Plans to manage project timeline including milestones, dependencies, risks to communicate status
track interdependencies, assess project risk, identify mitigations, and work across teams to develop contingency plans

conduct regular project reviews, gather feedback, capture outputs in tickets and/or notes and communicate to stakeholders
possess exceptional leadership, time management and organizational skills

- 5 years + of enterprise-level technology running hardware and software project/program management experience
- Experience with Atlassian Jira, Jira Advanced Roadmaps and Confluence and Google Suite products.
- Admin experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Deep experience with Jira and building Jira Dashboards
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Proven experience with the software development project lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or or professional work experience in related fields
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry within and end to end customer engagement lifecycle
- Jira administration experience
- Internet, cellular, broadband, telecom technology experience
- Networking fundamentals such as wifi networking
- Baseline understanding about data ingestion
- Basic understanding of large-scale implementations of AWS infrastructure, Redshift, Athena and other technologies
- Embedded hardware experience for mobile devices
