Job Description

The Quality Control Analyst (6-month project) is responsible for executing the physicochemical tests of release and stability of locally produced products and of those imported in bulk that are packaged in the Buenos Aires plant. Main responsibilities include analyzing intermediate products, finished products, stability samples, claims, validation and analytical transfer analysis; proposing and executing Continuous Improvement actions for laboratory processes; executing control, maintenance and calibration activities of equipment and other related activities; effectively escalating problems arising from the operation to the Local Products and Stability Supervisor; completing analysis records on time, reviewing, when assigned, the data of their peers and ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements; executing laboratory investigations derived from atypical/out-of-specification results, deviations, etc.
Must have:
  • Education as a Chemistry Technician or university student of a related career.
  • One year of experience in quality control in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
Good to have:
  • Experience in HPLC (desirable).

El Analista de Control de Calidad (Proyecto por 6 meses) se encarga de ejecutar los ensayos fisicoquímicos de liberación y estabilidades de los productos de elaboración local y de aquellos graneles importados que sean empacados en la planta de Buenos Aires. 

 

Principales responsabilidades: 

  • Analizar productos intermedios, productos terminados, muestras de estabilidad, reclamos, análisis de validación y transferencia analítica. 

  • Proponer y ejecutar acciones de Mejora Continua de los procesos del laboratorio. 

  • Ejecutar actividades de control, mantenimiento y calibración de equipos y otras actividades relacionadas. 

  • Escalar de manera efectiva al Supervisor de Productos Locales y Estabilidades los problemas surgidos de la operación. 

  • Completar los registros de análisis a tiempo, revisar, cuando sea asignado, los datos de sus pares y asegurar que todo el trabajo es llevado a cabo cumpliendo los requerimientos regulatorios. 

  • Ejecutar los ensayos de las investigaciones de laboratorio derivadas de resultados atípicos/fuera de especificación, desvíos, etc.

Tus calificaciones: 

  • Formación como Técnico de Química o estudiante universitario de carrera afín. 

  • Experiencia de un año en control de calidad en industria farmacéutica o alimenticia. 

  • Experiencia en HPLC (deseable). 

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en nuestro site de San Fernando (Zona Norte Buenos Aires) de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m. 

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar por proyecto de 6 meses.
