Job Description

As an Intern in the Tender & Quote Team, you will support the Sales Support Process. You will assist in preparing contracts, registering service contracts, and preparing tender documents. The role also involves participation in Contract Management and supporting ongoing operational activities. The internship offers a unique and challenging experience with flexible working hours and a competitive remuneration. The role is an office role.
Must have:
  • Student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master's student
  • Fluent in English and Polish both verbal and written
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours/ week
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of the law in the field of sales contracts and public procurement could be a plus

Job Description

As an Intern in the Tender & Quote Team you will have an opportunity to implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring consistent supply of high quality services.


Your role:

  • You will support the Tender Team in contract preparation, registration of the service contracts and preparation of the tender documents

  • You will participate in Contract Management; preparation contracts for public and private customer

  • You will support preparation and maintain demo contracts & support the ongoing operational activities


You're the right fit if:

  • You are a student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master's student

  • You are fluent in English and Polish language both verbal and written

  • Availability to work at least 30 hours/ week

  • Knowledge of the law in the field of sales contracts and public procurement could be a plus

How we work together


We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
