Job Description

The Consumer Marketing Specialist is responsible for preparing new product introduction, driving marketing communication, and ensuring business performance for Mexico and North Latam. This role involves delivering the marketing strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing business growth within Marketplaces and key clients. You will partner with Marketing, Media, and Commercial teams to drive business growth via activities and campaigns. The specialist will analyze the consumer experience journey to identify key triggers and barriers and participate in the development of shopper marketing plans for new propositions. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in B2C marketing, with skills in market intelligence, product portfolio, and marketing content creation, holding a degree in marketing, communications, or business. Agility and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, innovative environment are key.

Job Description

Consumer Marketing Specialist 

The Consumer Marketing Specialist is responsible for preparing new product introduction, driving marketing communication and ensuring business performance in Mexico and North Latam's sales ambition to grow.

 

Your role:

  • Responsible for delivering the marketing strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing growth business results within Marketplaces and key clients in Mexico and North LATAM Countries.
  • You will partner with Marketing, Media, and Commercial teams, in order to drive business growth via activities and campaigns, based on global roadmap and local market requirements.
  • Analyzes the consumer experience journey across categories to identify key triggers and barriers, helping to inform the marketing objectives and required behavior shifts to meet business goals.
  • Participates in the development of shopper marketing plans with relevant teams, ensuring the successful launch of new propositions that are in line with consumer expectations and market conditions.

  • Your skills include market intelligence, product portfolio and marketing content creation.
  • You have a degree in marketing, communications, or business.

  • You have agility to execute in a fast-paced environment

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

 

 This is an office role in our office in Huixquilucan (Interlomas).
