Test Lead

We are looking for a QA Test Lead to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of game features. In this role, you will oversee Functionality QA (FQA) projects, manage test planning and execution, and support a team in delivering high testing standards. You will work closely with Project Managers, QA teams, and clients, ensuring projects run smoothly while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and risk management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as the primary point of contact for QA related queries and ensure the delivery of high-quality test coverage 
• Collaborate with supervisors to assess project needs, define testing objectives, and ensure proper staffing and resource allocation 
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on test progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client expectations are met 
• Oversee test planning, test case creation, and execution, ensuring alignment with client and project requirements 
• Maintain and update QA documentation, including test plans, bug reports, and checklists 
• Ensure QA metrics and test results are properly tracked and used to drive continuous improvements in testing processes 
• Manage risk assessment and escalate issues effectively 
• Lead, mentor and onboard a team of QA Technicians, QA Analysts, and Associate QA Test Leads, promoting a growth mindset and professional development 
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, ensuring team members feel valued, listened to, and empowered to share ideas and contribute to process improvements 
• Work closely with multi-site teams, supporting seamless collaboration and maintaining project alignment across locations
