Unreal Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Unreal Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Unreal Engine development, a proven portfolio showcasing their skills, and expertise in VR, AR, and WebGL technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and push the boundaries of interactive experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize high-quality, performant applications using Unreal Engine
• Create immersive VR and AR experiences, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices
• Implement WebGL solutions for cross-platform compatibility and web-based experiences
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to bring creative visions to life
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms and devices
• Optimize game performance and visual fidelity for various hardware configurations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Unreal Engine features and industry trends
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and coding standards
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development
• Proven portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating high-quality, interactive experiences
• Extensive experience in VR, AR, and WebGL technologies and their implementation in Unreal Engine
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Blueprint visual scripting
• Proficiency in 3D math, physics, and game engine architecture
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce)
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and texturing tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, Substance Painter)
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for real-time 3D applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiplayer game development and networking
• Familiarity with mobile development and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of shader programming and material creation in Unreal Engine
• Experience with motion capture integration and animation systems
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Contributions to open-source projects or Unreal Engine marketplace

6 Day work week (5 days Work from office & 1 day work from home)
