- We are looking for an organized and experienced VFX Trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan with the help of a Training advisor.Identifying and assessing future and current training needsDrawing an overall or individualized training and development planDeploying a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new joinees
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, successfully and periodically and report on them to the training board.
- Resolve any specific problems in floor and tailor training programs as necessaryMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practicesMonitor technological developmentsHelp to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being pro-active and solution-orientatedResponsible to review & rework on the existing syllabus across all the departments and ensure timely technical trainings are held
- Work with the Training advisor, department supervisors to identify training needs and ensure participation in training within the department.
- Maintain a database of all training materials and reports on training employeesInstruct employee training and onboardingTrack and compile collected data
