Job Description

Phantom Fx seeks an experienced VFX Trainer to design and deliver training programs. You'll assess needs, develop plans, and implement effective training methods. Must have strong understanding of VFX industry trends, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in developing and delivering training programs.

We are looking for an organized and experienced VFX Trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan with the help of a Training advisor.Identifying and assessing future and current training needsDrawing an overall or individualized training and development planDeploying a wide variety of training methods
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new joinees
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, successfully and periodically and report on them to the training board.
Resolve any specific problems in floor and tailor training programs as necessaryMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practicesMonitor technological developmentsHelp to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being pro-active and solution-orientatedResponsible to review & rework on the existing syllabus across all the departments and ensure timely technical trainings are held
Work with the Training advisor, department supervisors to identify training needs and ensure participation in training within the department.
Maintain a database of all training materials and reports on training employeesInstruct employee training and onboardingTrack and compile collected data
