ABOUT THE JOB
Gunzilla Games is seeking a Video Editor to join our Marketing team in Ukraine taking ownership of creating videos to boost User Acquisition for our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Extraction Battle Royale shooter, currently available as Early Access on PlayStation®5, Xbox® Series X|S, and PC.
This position is to be based in Ukraine only.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create top-quality video Marketing material, using gameplay videos and production-based materials for all platforms and devices
- Take ownership of our marketing video production from start to finish for content designed to Boost User Acquisition
- Be proactive, sharing ideas during meetings, brainstorming etc.
- Support the marketing team in developing creative and eye-catching assets
- Participate in developing marketing campaign concepts.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of video editing experience in the video game industry
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder and other relevant tools)
- Great eye and technical proficiency for creating finalized and impactful videos which are able to communicate the excitement of our game in a 30-second video.
- Good knowledge of visual and stylistic trends in games, film and entertainment
- Typographic and design knowledge for titles and transitions, animations etc.
- A deep understanding of and interest in video game culture and communities.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to share ideas openly.
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independently.
- Fluent Spoken, written and verbal English communication skills
