We are seeking a skilled 3D Generalist specializing in Character Animation to join our team. Responsibilities include modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating high-quality 3D assets such as characters, environments, props, and VFX, optimized for real-time performance. You will manage the end-to-end 3D art pipeline, ensuring consistent style and technical standards. Collaboration with gameplay and narrative teams to prototype visual ideas is key. Create clean topology and UVs for multiple platforms (PC, mobile, console) and work with tech artists to integrate assets into Unity, troubleshoot, and maintain performance. Contribute to marketing assets like character loops, key-art renders, or in-engine cinematics.
