Performance testing engineer for game backend systems, requires 3+ years experience in mobile gaming or software testing and strong programming skills.

Must have:

Game backend testing
C++ or Python

Responsibilities:

1.设计、规划和执行游戏后台性能测试，包括负载测试、压力测试和性能基准测试； 2.分析和评估游戏后台系统的性能瓶颈，提出优化建议和解决方案； 3.开发和维护性能测试脚本和工具，支持自动化测试和持续集成； 4.监测和分析游戏后台系统的性能指标，及时发现和解决潜在性能问题； 5.与开发团队紧密合作，参与游戏后台系统的设计和架构评审，确保系统的可扩展性和性能； 6.编写详细的测试文档和报告，记录测试结果和建议。

Requirements:

1.本科毕业，有3年以上移动游戏或软件行业测试经验或者测试工具开发经验；具备良好的编程和脚本开发能力，至少熟悉以下一种语言： C++、或python/lua； 2.熟练使用LINUX，掌握后台技术栈和架构，如数据库、缓存、消息队列等，熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP等网络协议； 3.熟悉负载测试、压力测试和性能基准测试的概念、方法和技术，熟悉游戏性能优化的常见方法，具备出色的问题解决和分析能力，能快速定位并解决性能问题； 4.具备良好的英文沟通能力，热爱游戏测试，思维敏捷，逻辑紧密，具有良好的沟通表达能力（英文）尤佳，以及良好的职业素养、团队合作意识和自驱力。
