Job Description

As an Account Associate, Scaled, at Google Customer Solutions, you'll manage a portfolio of small businesses, identifying growth opportunities and creating plans for achievement. You will collaborate with the sales team, ensuring accountability to meet goals and deliver outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include improving customer relationships, conducting outbound calls to generate growth, identifying key client stakeholders, and assessing/solving client needs through effective questioning and competitive selling. You will work to understand growth drivers, manage risks, and support customer business objectives and annual digital marketing plans, leveraging your knowledge of online media, communication skills, and analytical abilities to shape how businesses grow. The role involves working with clients to set advertising strategies to reach thousands of users. You will be part of a team that helps small and medium-sized businesses grow using Google advertising solutions.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Digital advertising/sales experience
  • Client relationship management
  • Data analysis and insight generation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good to have:

  • Objection handling and competitive selling skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing consulting or business.
  • Ability to assess and solve client needs through effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail working individually and with others.
  • Ability to use analytical skills to leverage data to uncover insights to support proposals and analyze impact.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with peers, management, cross-functional teams and clients.

In this role, you will listen to the customers’ needs, understand the details of individual campaigns, and explore and uncover business opportunities for key clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small size businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and creating plans for achievement.
  • Collaborate within the sales team, align workflow among team members to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Improve our customer relationships and share performance-enhancing suggestions. Conduct outbound calls to establish relationships and work with existing clients to generate growth and improved client success.
  • Identify key client stakeholders to support customer business objectives and annual digital marketing plans. Assess and solve client needs through effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
