Position Overview
We are looking a Senior Software Test Engineer to join our Test Automation COE. This role requires test automation expertise in SAP, SAP modules, S/4 HANA, as well as other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of related experience, demonstrate a strong knowledge of testing practices and ensure high-quality product delivery for mission-critical systems. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical skills, and a understanding of automated testing in a validated environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement automated testing solutions, leveraging tools such as Worksoft Certify, SAP TAO, Selenium, or other relevant test automation frameworks for regression and continuous testing.
- Ensure test environments for SAP and other enterprise systems are properly configured and maintained for testing purposes, including system integration and data integrity.
- Ensure that testing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, SOX) in a validated environment, including 21 CFR Part 11.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and system architects to ensure testing activities align with project goals and objectives.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test case specifications, execution logs, and test reports. Provide regular progress updates and status reports to business stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers, fostering knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years of test automation experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, MM, SD, PP) and experience in end-to-end testing for SAP systems, including integration testing with other enterprise applications.
- Proficient in test automation tools such as Worksoft Certify, SAP TAO, Selenium, or similar tools to automate test cases and improve test efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in testing in a validated environment (GxP, SOX, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11) with knowledge of validation protocols and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create detailed test documentation and interact with cross-functional teams.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Field of study in Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent related work experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation, testing, and performance tuning.
- Expertise in Worksoft Certify for test automation, especially for regression testing and validation of business processes within SAP and other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Quality Center, or TestRail for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in testing cross-platform integrations between SAP and third-party enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP).
