The Administrative Business Partner will support the VP, Sales, and three other leaders within Zscaler's global Sales and Go-to-Market team. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, prioritizing meetings, preparing materials, organizing large-scale events, managing expenses, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience supporting VP-level executives, proficiency in scheduling complex events, and expertise in various software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Coupa, etc.). The role demands a high level of confidentiality and organization.

Job Description:

The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to lead a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an Administrative Business Partner who will report to VP, Sales and support 3 other leaders.You will be responsible for:

  • Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events for each executive with a high level of details, collaborating to resolve conflicts and prioritize the most critical meetings/engagements.
  • Prepare meetings for the executive or team and manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Organizing meetings and town halls includes booking conference room space, ordering catering, organizing agendas, preparing materials and ensuring attendance.
  • Monthly expense management and on demand expense reports for  Leadership, including submitting expense reports and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements ensuring schedules are detailed with well-articulated itineraries.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 2-3+ years of experience of administrative assistant supporting VP level.
  • Experience scheduling large scale internal and external meetings and events.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite, Coupa or related expense reporting software.
