At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing documents.
Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records, including client files and billing information.
Communication: Facilitate communication between staff and clients, ensuring timely and effective information flow.
Task Prioritization: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Support Staff Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and/or professional qualification.
2-3 years of experience in an administrative/ office management role, preferably within the professional services sector.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent team-working skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Awareness of potential risks and the ability to identify and address them effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with practice management software is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
