AI Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled AI Project Manager to help us establish a cross-disciplinary AI knowledge hub that will centralize and enhance our use of AI tools and technologies. This role calls for a technical expert and a strategic visionary who will ensure AI is leveraged to its full potential across the entire game development process while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and ethically sound environment. Joining the Tech Platform team, you’ll work closely with data teams, programmers, artists, designers, product managers, marketers, as well as Legal and IT to drive our AI strategy forward.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of driving and implementing AI tools and systems selected to be utilized by Metacore
• Acting as a bridge between various crafts, such as game design, engineering, art, and narrative, to inspire and foster a collaborative environment where AI can enhance our work
• Educating Metacorians on AI's potential and effectively communicating this knowledge across the entire company
• Building and organizing the AI project group and their work
• Continuously researching the latest AI advancements, tools, and techniques—especially those relevant to the gaming industry—and evaluating their potential impact on the company's projects
• Liaising with Metacore’s Legal and IT teams on AI licensing, security, and other implementation issues
• Encouraging and overseeing the creation of AI-driven prototypes or proof-of-concepts that can be tested and refined for future game features or development processes
• Acting as a catalyst for innovation, pushing boundaries on what’s possible with AI in mobile games and ensuring the company remains competitive in a rapidly evolving industry
• Identifying opportunities and inventorying ideas, refining impactful and feasible projects, and supporting prototyping and implementation

Requirements

• Strong interest and proven track record in working with AI tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI technology and trends, enabling us to make the most of the opportunities AI affords
• A team player who is happy to work cross-functionally
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Proven ability to build structure and processes when needed
• Curious nature, eager to test different tools and explore their possibilities
• Genuine passion for mobile games
• Ability to support the team with AI-related research, best practices and implementations

In addition to these, it would be nice but not mandatory for you to have some these as well:

• Experience in a similar role
• Previous experience developing or working with an AI knowledge base
