AME Intern

• Assist in completing sample production tasks;
• Collaborate with engineers to process raw samples to verify the correctness of process methods and documents;
• Under the guidance of engineers, formulate or verify work instruction documents (WI), production plan documents (Cutting Plan), etc.;
• Under the guidance of engineers, create and maintain material bills of materials (M-BOM), correctly implement engineering changes and process changes, and conduct method research and time research;
• Under the guidance of engineers, design and release on-site tooling (tooling) according to the basic operation panel (BOP), and carry out improvement activities to improve production efficiency and reduce labor & material costs;
