This Apps Performance Specialist role involves partnering with internal/external stakeholders to craft app strategies aligning with client business goals. Responsibilities include leading pre-business, business, closing, and execution engagements, driving client adoption of Google's App Campaign offerings, and demonstrating expertise in Google products and the app ecosystem. The role requires defining app success metrics, understanding various measurement approaches, building relationships across the organization, and leading promotional efforts for Google's App solutions. Success hinges on leveraging data analysis, technical expertise, and strong communication to position Google products as solutions to business priorities for large clients in Indonesia and SEA. The candidate will need strong English and Bahasa Indonesian language skills.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in advertising, marketing, consulting, or media
  • App campaign experience
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian
  • Lead promotional efforts for Google's App solutions
  • Partner with client-facing teams to collect requirements and provide guidance
  • Advocate new app features and assist clients in adopting new products
  • Build C-level relationships with clients and agencies
Good to have:
  • Experience in performance marketing and ROI media strategies
  • Knowledge of Google App Ads solutions
  • Knowledge of apps, mobile marketing ecosystems, and user acquisition platforms
  • Understanding of industry issues

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising business, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience with the application campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Indonesian fluently to serve local clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in performance marketing, and return on investment media strategies.
  • Knowledge of Google App Ads solutions across performance and measurement.
  • Knowledge of apps and mobile marketing ecosystems, and mobile user acquisition platforms.
  • Knowledge of the industry's issues within the marketplace.

About the job

In this role, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to define account level app strategies as a vehicle to achieve client's business objectives. You will lead pre-business, business, closing and execution engagements and take responsibility for advancing customer's feature and product adoption of Google’s App Campaign offerings. You will demonstrate an understanding of Google products, unlock the full potential of the app ecosystem and help app advertisers cultivate an install base of users that can drive business outcomes for the business. You will define success in the app ecosystem and understand various different measurement approaches used in the app space by attribution partners. You will be building partnerships at various levels of the organization, with focus on partnering with business teams, regional teams and global product teams.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead promoting efforts across all Google's App solutions for the opportunity accounts in Indonesian Large Customer Sales (LCS) and South East Asia (SEA) LCS.
  • Partner with client-facing teams to scope and collect client requirements, provide guidance on app best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs.
  • Advocate new app features and assist clients in the adoption of new products by upgrades and migrations to help them build success.
  • Build and grow C-level relationships with client decision makers and their agency counterparts to build and carry out marketing strategies.
  • Use data analysis, technical expertise, and storytelling to craft executive narratives that position our products as solutions to business priorities.
