The Assistant Manager - HR Operations is responsible for overseeing the employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. This includes managing joining formalities, conducting induction programs, issuing appointment letters, and maintaining employee records. The role also involves attendance and leave management, including resolving discrepancies and handling escalations. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be involved in payroll inputs, issuing exit documents, and sending birthday/anniversary mailers. They will also serve as an HRBP SPOC, collaborating with managers to resolve employee concerns. The role involves coordinating with various teams and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Must have:

Job Description
Onboarding
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all new hires.
  • Ensure completion of joining formalities as per the new hire checklist, minimizing any delays in onboarding.
  • Conduct structured induction programs, including company showreels and department introductions, on the first day of joining.
  • Issue Appointment Letters and manage PFAMES-related documentation (NDA, MoU) in compliance with company standards
  • Maintain acknowledged copies of appointment letters and agreements for PFAMES trainees, ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Creation of Windows, TMS ID, and Email accounts, ensuring access is granted on the first day.
  • Provide inputs for ID card generation and ensure smooth coordination with the admin team.
  • Maintain organized employee records in both digital and physical formats for easy accessibility and audits
Attendance Management
  • PAB-AMS reconciliation PAN India for Audit purposes
  • Check absenteeism for sending timely showcause notice to the employee as per the information
  • To collate and share data of attendance for LOP Analysis
  • Send Termination Letter to Absconding cases who have not reverted back on the show cause notice
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and daily updates of manual attendance records in AMS (soft copy).
  • Identify and resolve attendance-related discrepancies, addressing gaps highlighted by the production team and implementing corrective measures.
Leave Management
  • To handle escalations pertaining to automated HRIS system and provide resolutions promptly (HRIS/Online AMS & LMS portal)
  • Manage and close requests for BL, ML, and PL on the HRIS portal, ensuring timely updates and accurate processing.
Payroll
  • Send NWJ Payroll input file on Monthly basis to the HR Spoc
Exit
  • Issue of Experience, Relieving letter, F&F settlements sheets etc
Birthday or Anniversary Mailers
  • Birthday Mailer / Tenure Completion Mailer
HRBP - SPOC ( Depth &Roto)
  • Collaborates with managers to resolve employee concerns, address grievances, and deliver timely, effective solutions.
