You will also lead and initiate check-ins with team members, providing coaching, and training. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations management or hospitality. You will be proficient in utilizing various computer and tablet technologies and will co-lead with the Store Manager on new software updates and experience launches. You'll also keep the facility in top shape by maintaining order and cleanliness and ensure the store maintains a premium and professional experience at all times.
