Associate Product Manager

CodeNinja is seeking a proactive and analytical Associate Product Manager to support and contribute to the growth of our Insight & News platforms. This role is essential for assisting with product initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams, and participating in the development of AI-driven content solutions for global clients in the chemical and regulatory sectors. As an Associate Product Manager, you will take on more responsibility in managing product tasks, prioritizing features, and implementing feedback to drive impactful improvements.

This position is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in product management who is eager to advance their skills by contributing to the evolution of content-driven, AI-enhanced platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 plus years of experience in product management or related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or content-driven products.

• Technical Skills:

◦ Foundational knowledge of AI/ML applications and an interest in learning more about integrating these technologies into digital products.

◦ Familiarity with product management and analytics tools (experience with Jira and basic analytics platforms preferred).

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and articulate product goals.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and insights to guide product decisions and prioritize features based on impact.

• Adaptability: Proven ability to adjust to evolving business needs, displaying flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.
