About the job:
We are seeking a skilled Broadcast Manager with expertise in video technology integration to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining advanced broadcast systems, including the creation of chroma key TV studios from the ground up. Your technical skills will ensure seamless operations, delivering high-quality productions
What you'll get to do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of broadcast production, including studio and control room.
- Lead and manage a team of broadcast engineers, technicians, and operators, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Develop and implement operational workflows and procedures.
- Collaborate with product teams to plan and execute technical requirements for live broadcasts.
- Manage maintenance schedules for all broadcast equipment, ensuring systems remain reliable and up-to-date.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate rapid response solutions to minimize downtime during broadcasts.
- Oversee the setup, testing, and maintenance of audio-visual systems.
- Strong understanding of camera operations and exposure principles.
- Set up, evaluate, and maintain cutting-edge audiovisual systems and equipment.
- Develop advanced studio automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, broadcast systems, and networks.
- Set up and monitor complex connections for virtual studio productions and outside broadcasts.
- Work closely with product owners to interpret and implement production objectives.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related broadcast systems.
- Proficient in SDI video infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of AV signal routing, mixing, compositing and converting.
- Strong expertise in audiovisual hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ability to design studio diagrams.
What You Need to Shine:
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in broadcast engineering and people management.
- Strong understanding of camera operations and exposure principles.
- Hands-on experience with AV signal routing, mixing, and compositing.
- Proficiency in SDI video infrastructure and broadcast studio setup.
- Familiarity with audiovisual hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Upper Intermediate (B2) level of English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing and implementing chroma key studios.
- Familiarity with virtual studio production workflows.
- Background in iGaming or similar industries.
