Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C along with a strong understanding of the market trends and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and evaluate potential business partners and market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for collaboration with new business partners and affiliates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners to ensure ongoing business success.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and meet emerging customer needs.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and partnership agreements that align with company goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand visibility and forge valuable connections.
  • Manage business development projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within B2C, SaaS, or mobile industries.
  • Deep understanding of negotiation techniques and business strategies to secure valuable partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with contract drafting, reviewing, and working with legal teams.
  • Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English - Spoken and written
  • Previous experience in the Gaming industry is a plus.
