ARVORE is looking to hire a technically adept, analytically creative individual to complement our team. JOB DESCRIPTION

WORKING HOURS: Full Time (hybrid with flexible in-person schedule) 


As a Business Partner (T&C), your main role will be to partner with executive and cross-functional leadership to plan, design, execute and improve ARVORE’s T&C strategies and performance. You will help manage the department's team, processes and goals across all verticals of the company. By your bias to action and data driven handling of the entire talent management cycle, analytics and employer branding, you will be of strategic importance for our growth and culture consolidation. This is a high-level impact and stock option eligible position, with a direct path to the department’s head seat. 


MAIN CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Advocate of ARVORE's principles and culture;

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand need, design role, set acquisition strategies, and manage the entire recruiting process,helping to build a culture of consequential ownership, identifying, screening and recruiting the right talent for each sought after position;
  • Ensure onboarding and initial talent engagement are carried out properly, working closely with the Facilities team and paying great attention to culture reinforcement and routine introduction;
  • Support and help with T&C internal and external communications; 
  • Be data-centric and prepared for ad-hoc reporting.

  • Make diagnoses of career, satisfaction and culture of the teams you support and bring to discussion with People specific and generic solutions 
  • Strategic Partnership: Actively collaborate with team leaders and managers to understand goals and challenges, offering strategic support in the development and execution of Talent initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Organizational Development: Map, develop and implement training and development programs that strengthen the team's skills and competencies, promoting a continuous learning environment.
  • Performance Management: Support the assessment cycle process, seeking improvements, clarity and fluidity in the process, supporting leaders and teams from start to finish.
  • Organizational Climate: Develop and promote initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Change Management: Being at the forefront of organizational change processes, facilitating the team's adaptation to new strategies and initiatives.


REPORTING:

  •   Directly to the Talents & Communities Manager, with direct exposure to the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduation in Education, Economics, Business or HR Management or related field;
  • A passion for business, technology, games, movies, TV, art, animation, and electronics;
  • Prior exposure to HR metrics, strategy and project management; 
  • Professional proficiency in English. Overseas experience is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Google Apps for Work, Slack and MS Office Suite. Bamboo HR is a plus;
  • Quantitative and/or legal skills are a big plus.
