Bosch Software and Digital Solutions (SDS), is a business unit within BGSW and a leading solution provider for technology led business transformation. It is the systems integration arm of Bosch Global and is headquartered in Bangalore. We are seeking a talented business transformation manager with strong enterprise technology solution consulting and business development experience in enterprise technologies (Cloud app, ERP etc.) along with emerging niche technology areas - AI / ML, Gen AI, and IoT. The role will be based out of Bosch Koramangala office and report into Chief Strategy and Business development officer. In this role, the candidate will work closely with senior leaders to develop the SDS’s GTM strategy and shape the portfolio of solutions offerings aligned to the long-term growth plan of SDS business. The role offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment and a chance to make a significant impact on the company’s strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the GTM strategy aligned to SDS’s growth strategy in collaboration with regional, delivery and portfolio leaders.
• Prioritize and develop strategic GTM imperatives for SDS Portfolio management
• Conduct periodic assessment of Portfolio offerings to identify growth / optimization opportunities ensuring solution-market fit meeting the current and emerging demands of the market
• Conduct Scenario Planning exercises and identify emerging opportunities in the enterprise digital transformation domain.
• Drive innovation strategy to develop new products/service offerings and asset strategy
• Establish Portfolio & Innovation Governance rigor at SDS
• Anchor and lead the tech strategy workshops in collaboration with service line leads and subject matter experts for due-diligence and tech recommendations
• Presenting Portfolio strategy to Portfolio and/or Innovation Councils, SDS Management and/or Board of Directors (where relevant) on the Portfolio management status, recommendations and action plans

Job Requirements / Past experience:

• 15+ years of experience in IT and software services with tech consulting, implementation, offering management, and digital transformation expertise
• Extensive experience in consulting and delivering complex enterprise solutions, and digital transformation projects in large enterprises – Cloud, ERP, AI/ML, Gen AI, IOT
• Experience in business development and solution offering development working in presales and/or practice sales organization
• Conducted technology strategy workshops for CxO leaders
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Passionate about niche technology areas – active participation in tech communities
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, DTU, NSIT and other Tier-1 colleges

• Minimum 15 years of experience as described above
