  • 1+ years of relevant experience in buying and/or data entry

About the role

The Buying Coordinator plays a critical role in managing product information and ensuring all details are accurate across systems. You will support the buying team by meticulously entering product data, coordinating vendor projects, and contributing to different team initiatives. The role includes ownership of the data entry process, tracking updates to product details, and managing monthly progress on newly solicited items. Collaboration with partners (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Site Merchandising) is key for sharing ideas, executing ad hoc projects, and driving improvements in processes and product assortments.

As the Buying Coordinator you will report to the Director, Merchandising.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule, based in our office in Grimes, IA.

About You

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in buying and/or data data entry
  • Proficient in Google Sheets
