Job Description

As a C++ Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing a new team. You will be in charge of delivering new functionality and ensuring quick responses to any problems. You will also be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of software systems. The role requires both hands-on work and team management. You'll focus on results with minimal bureaucracy, face great challenges, and work with highly qualified international professionals.
Must have:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with handling large volumes of incoming data.
  • Multithreading programming, understanding of CPU memory models.
  • Understanding of Linux system.
  • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Decent level of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to design software systems for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize code for performance.
Good to have:
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in real-time development with sub-microsecond latency.
  • Experience in HFT, telecommunication, or game development.
  • Knowledge of networks and interaction protocols.
  • Proficient in using version control systems and CI/CD tools.

We are in search of an experienced C++ Team Lead who possesses a passion for building new teams and is eager to take on a challenge. As a Quantitative Trading company, we uphold high standards for quality, speed and stability. We seek candidates who are skilled in designing and developing systems, delegating tasks, and overseeing their execution by talented teammates. They must take responsibility for the final product and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is capable of and willing to work both hands-on and managing a team.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create a new team that will take on some of the numerous challenges.
  • Take responsibility for delivering new functionality.
  • Manage the team members and hire new people to ensure fast delivery of new functionality and quick responses to problems in existing parts.

What We Look For In You:
