Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.

  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client communications and transactions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting existing client accounts.
