Responsibilities include enhancing corporate integrity, streamlining contract drafting and administrative support, ensuring ethical code requirements, collaborating on compliance and contract management systems development, and developing and delivering compliance training programs.
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Legal or Business
2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with contract templates
Excellent documentation skills
Strong organization skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Fluency in English
Good to have:
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or comparable regulated environment
Ability to review and revise basic contractual provisions
Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Very good knowledge of French

Empowering Teams: Developing and Delivering Engaging Compliance Training Programs.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Legal or Business and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or comparable regulated environment desirable.
Experience working with contract templates and the ability to review and revise basic contractual provisions.
Excellent documentation skills and strong abilities in managing and archiving files and documents
Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.
Comfortable managing deadlines and shifting priorities.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Fluency in English required, very good knowledge of French is desirable.
