Job Description

This role requires a graduate with technical (IT) knowledge, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the internet. The candidate will analyze customer refund claims, resolve trouble tickets, create reports, and work with stakeholders to control issues impacting resolution output.

Must have:

Data analysis
Microsoft Excel
Trouble ticket
Stakeholder engagement

Good to have:

Tableau
SQL queries
Data extraction
Loss data analysis

Description

This is an important position in an impact role team that not only impacts customers across the country but also the bottom line of the organization directly. The candidate will perform the (not limited to) the following tasks:

Resolve trouble tickets (tt) related to refund claim by customers.

Analyse/perform multiple checks using multiple tools to verify customer claim.

Handle escalation cases.

Meet daily TT resolution targets while maintaining tt quality parameters.

Create reports on loss data, RCA and related trends over time.

Connect with stakeholders from other teams to control issues impacting tt resolution output.

Basic Qualifications

Graduate with some technical (IT) related knowledge.

Data analysis

Good working knowledge on with Microsoft Excel, Internet.

Should be able to learn new tools as per job requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge on Tableu.

SQL query building & data extraction.
