Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the higher quality, diversified and monetized content strategy of the CapCut template ecology.
-Develop content standards and continuously improve the content consumption experience of different user groups.
-Analyze user needs, consumption characteristics, content supply and demand structure, explore content growth points, output diversified content strategies to optimize content experience and user perception.
- Continue to improve local content understanding, design and optimize the content evaluation system, iterate high-value content production and improve the overall content quality of the platform.
-Work closely with product, platform and other teams to effectively coordinate resources of all parties to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in content product operation, strategy or content monetization, with a deep understanding of the diverse local content.
-Have a good sense of video content tendencies and diversified user needs, understand the content labeling system and distribution logic of content products, be able to conduct content analysis and judge content potentials from data.
-Goal-oriented, with the ability to break down complex problems, excellent logical thinking and communication and collaboration skills, able to quickly link various teams to achieve goals, and be responsible for the results.
-Have proficient English language skills, and experience working in an online collaboration environment.
