We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our SaaS product marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through well-executed marketing campaigns. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, QMS Software, proven experience in digital marketing, and a creative mindset to help position our products effectively in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote SaaS products and services across multiple channels (online, offline, digital, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Product Marketing: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience. Create case studies, white papers, and product literature.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audience, and competitive landscape. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices.
- Brand Management: Strengthen the company’s brand presence through consistent messaging, design, and creative assets across all platforms.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted campaigns (email, PPC, social media) to achieve marketing objectives.
- Lead Generation: Develop campaigns focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion using paid media, SEO, content marketing, and other inbound marketing techniques.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality content (blogs, case studies, videos) that aligns with customer personas and business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing activities align with business priorities and product updates.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor marketing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in SaaS or technology-based environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Marketing Tools: Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
- Digital Marketing: Expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email campaigns, and PPC strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and campaign coordination.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Creative Thinking: A passion for creative and innovative marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with experience collaborating across departments such as Product, Sales, and Design.
