• Content proofing of concept design through production and sample review of products  
• Review for accuracy of spelling, grammar, punctuation, calendar dates and holiday callouts  
• Maintain approved quote library in absence of CPII or Compliance Manager  
• Review for correct quote usage and provide proper citations when necessary  
• Research new proposed quotes for approved use  
• Follow deadlines to ensure timely publications for multiple projects  
• Manage translations library in absence of CPII or Compliance Manager  
• Proofread digital assets for spelling, grammar and punctuation  
• Other duties as assigned 

• Bachelors’ degree in English, creative writing, liberal arts or related field  
• 2+ years in a content proofing or editing role at a creative agency, design firm, in-house creative team, newspaper or publications  
• Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills  
• Proficient in basic and advanced grammar rules 
• Exceptional attention-to-detail  
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills  
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow-through in a fast-paced environment  
• Proficient Microsoft Office  
• Experience Adobe Creative Suite a plus  
• MacOS experience a plus
• Amenable to work on Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
