About the Position:
The Coordinator, People & Culture plays a key role in supporting our People & Culture team across a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment coordination, performance review processes, reporting, offboarding, and general HR administration. This position ensures a seamless and positive experience for employees and candidates while contributing to the efficiency and success of People & Culture operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Manage and execute the onboarding process for new hires, interns, and production staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
    • Track production staff assignment dates and coordinate with Production, Accounting, and new hires to ensure clarity and alignment.
    • Liaise with IT and Facilities to ensure all logistical aspects of onboarding (equipment, workspace, system access) are completed on time.
    • Organize and continuously improve new hire orientation sessions to provide a strong start for new employees.
    • Conduct intern exit interviews and assist with coordination of other offboarding meetings.
    • Coordinate and administer all aspects of the offboarding process, including termination checklists, equipment return, system access removal, final timesheet submissions, and exit documentation.
    • Communicate with relevant departments (IT, Facilities, Payroll, etc.) to ensure offboarding processes are completed smoothly and in compliance with internal protocols.
    • Support departing employees by providing clear guidance, resources, and a respectful exit experience.
    • Maintain and update offboarding documentation, and identify opportunities to enhance offboarding procedures.
  • Recruitment Support
    • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) across multiple departments and time zones, providing logistical support to candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
    • Serve as a secondary point of contact for candidates, offering timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
    • Assist with tracking candidate progress using an internal tracking system to ensure accurate and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and artist management CRM with accurate, up-to-date candidate information.
    • Assist with job postings, ensuring all roles are up-to-date and accurately reflect the position.
    • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for internships and entry-level roles.
    • Support the Internship Program, including planning and execution of events and programming.
    • Support recruitment projects involving temporary hires, including candidate management, onboarding coordination, and offboarding logistics to ensure a smooth and organized experience across all stages.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all candidates and company information.
  • Performance Management
    • Track and monitor performance review cycles, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
    • Respond to employee and manager questions regarding the performance review process.
  • Compensation & Employment Documentation
    • Assist with salary tracking and ensure alignment with departmental budgets.
    • Support the preparation of materials for salary survey submissions.
    • Prepare compensation reports and documentation as needed.
    • Respond to employment verifications and unemployment claims.
  • Reporting & Administration
    • Prepare and manage monthly HR reports and dashboards.
    • Maintain and update company organizational charts.
    • Provide administrative support on various People & Culture initiatives and projects.
  • General HR Operations
    • Provide project support across People & Culture on a wide range of initiatives
    • Support Leave of Absence (LOA) administration, including preparation of leave letters and tracking of time taken.
    • Ensure compliance with I-9 documentation requirements.
    • Provide payroll support including timesheet reminders & basic data entry
    • On-boarding including establishing new hire profiles
    • Off- boarding including exit documents & termination payments


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture support role.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS or HRIS is a plus.
  • Passion for creating a positive employee and candidate experience, from first day to last.


The typical base salary for this position ranges from $28.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and may vary from the stated range.
