Position Overview:

As a CRM Campaign Specialist you will adapt our global campaigns for Casino, Live Casino and Sports vertical for local markets. Your focus will be working on collecting market insights, creating unique local campaigns and making sure the local campaigns are aligned with market needs. You will coordinate with other central and local teams to ensure the campaigns are accurate and high quality. You will also help to analyze and improve our campaigns and processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Localisation of global calendar.

  • Detailed briefing on local campaigns.

  • Local campaign performance analysis.

  • Market/Competitor analysis.

  • Develop and manage a central commercial strategy.

  • Ensure adaptability of the strategy for local markets.

  • Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.

  • Ideate campaign concepts.

  • Monitor overall campaign performance.

  • Conduct briefings for local campaigns.

  • Manage the execution process of campaigns.

  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies to maximize value from our customer base based in local market.

  • Leverage integrated campaign tools and tech for efficient CRM marketing.

  • Design and execute comprehensive campaigns, including bonuses and ROI analysis.

  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence for data-driven approach.

  • Ensure campaign quality and proofreading.

  • Monitor competitors' CRM activities and report findings.

  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance client engagement.

  • Oversee key database metrics and propose improvements.

  • Follow established Central processes and suggest refinements.


    Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar position; CRM or online/multi-channel marketing experience, ideally in a matrix organization.

  • Marketing or business degree is a plus.

  • Local market knowledge (one of the markets - UK, Nordics, Canada, New Zealand).

  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.

  • Strong analytical and data skills, with budget management experience.

  • A high level of personal ownership and proactivity.

  • Teamwork approach, able to openly share and discuss information, and various opinions.

  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills.

  • A strong attention to detail, thorough, and extremely curious about the business.

  • A developed ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.


KPIs:

  • Effective management of bonus spend (Gen2GGR%).

  • Minimizing customer churn rates (1MRetention%; Retention% & Reactivation%).

  • Increase the number of unique depositing players (UDP).

  • These metrics collectively form a shared KPI framework for the team.

  • UDPs shared KPI with market team.
