Develop and execute CRM strategies for casino and sports brands across the customer lifecycle with managerial support;
Plan and analyze campaigns for player activation, retention, and reactivation;
Identify customer journey opportunities, create targeted segments, and test CRM strategies using A/B testing;
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure timely and engaging promotions;
Implement cross-sell strategies and build automated retention funnels;
Monitor and manage campaign performance, retention metrics, and expenditure to minimize negative user experiences. Track key KPIs like email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI;
Execute end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns with brand-aligned content;
Manage segmented email lists for precise targeting and personalized communication;
Create and optimize responsive email templates;
Analyze performance metrics to improve campaign engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field;
2+ years in email marketing or a similar role; gaming industry experience is a plus;
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email template customization;
Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and Google Ads;
Strong written and verbal communication, with an analytical mindset;
Familiarity with current sports trends and CRM systems;
Experience with email personalization, dynamic content, and deliverability management;
Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
