The Customer Contact Comms New Associate role involves providing Tier 1 customer support via voice, email, and chat, aiming for 100% issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inbound communications, providing navigational support, ensuring security verifications, making outbound calls when needed, and accurately logging interactions in a ticketing system. The role requires adhering to company policies, maintaining high standards of call quality, and contributing to team communication. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities related to HR queries such as recruitment and onboarding support, updating personal records, processing timesheets, and addressing employee grievances.
Good To Have:- Prior international BPO work experience
- Experience with Ticket Tracking Systems (Service Now preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Must Have:- Provide Tier 1 customer support
- Handle inbound and outbound communications
- Log interactions accurately in a ticketing system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute
