Position: Customer Happiness Executive.

Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
Requirements:
- Very good communication skills- written as well as verbal. Preferably English
& Hindi both.
- Should be interested in B2C Products.
- Should be able to empathise with users.
- Must have basic knowledge about mobile technology.
- Must enjoy playing games.
- Good computer skills are must.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding, solving and replying to the player's queries on email, Play
Store reviews, or any other medium.
- Should become the voice of customer to the Product team.
- Gathering deep knowledge of our games and keeping yourself updated about
new features released.
- Communicating player's issues with the Product and Tech team regularly and
clearly to get them resolved.
