Job Description

The Customer Onboarding Strategist at Google's Global Customer Solutions will manage and develop trusted client relationships, contributing to team performance by meeting quarterly business targets. Responsibilities include crafting tailored pitches, improving client relationships, providing data-driven recommendations, and promoting Google products. The role requires fluency in French and English, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in B2B sales or marketing. Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 2+ years in advertising, sales, or marketing
  • B2B business goal experience
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Data analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Client relationship management

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Experience meeting B2B business goals.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating across different teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external facing).
  • Experience in managing and customizing for a customer base.
  • Ability to reach out to customers, and assisting them in adding value to their business.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to be proactive, independent, and lead, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals.
  • Contribute to the team performance by consistently delivering against quarterly business targets.
  • Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to clients’ performance goals and work towards mutual business objectives.
  • Find and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions, and promote Google products.
  • Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers.
