Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. Key Accountabilities:
Manage and process regional claims submitted by RRS Asia service partners.
Ensure timely submission of claims into the warranty system within 60 days from Repair Open (RO) date.
Coordinate the procurement and shipment of spare parts, as well as the retrieval and return process for warranty items with service partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related claims for service partners and assist to resolve any disputes or concerns promptly and effectively.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Customer Support and Warranty team, to ensure efficient claim processing and resolution.
Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and filed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of warranty claims.
Process payments to service partners and billing to Germany for approved claims.
Supports the Customer Care Centre by accelerating the ordering and delivery of critical spare parts to Distributors and Service Partners, ensuring quick restoration and functionality of engines and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
3 years of experience in Service-related administration.
Proficient with MS Office and knowledge with SAP usage.
Preferably with engineering background and knowledge in engine systems.
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage various stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy in data entry and diligent record-keeping.
