The Access Management Information Security Analyst’s role consists of processing requests for access to Active Directory, UNIX, database, and other directory systems and troubleshooting access issues related to these systems exceeding SLAs. Supporting the use of and processing requests for CyberArk privileged access management solution requests. Ensuring applications and platforms within the company's environment follow corporate patterns and adhere to IAM security standards is another key element of this role. This includes defining access models, support patterns, account lifecycle management, and operationalizing tasks related to provisioning, authentication, and authorization. Defining governance and developing reports to ensure access methods for platforms stay in compliance with auditing and regulatory controls. Coordinating with application and platform owners to ensure security controls are understood and implemented correctly within the respective application. Preparing and maintaining documentation related to IAM processes is an essential part of this role.
Responsibilities:
· Process access requests and incidents from a queue-based system covering a broad range of IT systems including: Active Directory, RACF, Database Platforms, Unix, CyberArk and business applications.
· Provide operational support for IAM processes utilizing Active Directory Users and Computer, CyberArk, Sudo, BoKS, SQL Studio, etc…
· Develop reporting and metrics to measure the service and identify potential risks
· Perform analysis of queue metrics to identify trends and improve processes
· Define requirements and data flows to automate operationalized tasks
· Assist with onboarding new applications and platforms to centralize IAM services
· Assist in the development of new access models for newly centralized applications and platforms
· Escalate “out of normal process” issues to SMEs and Management
· Utilize various toolsets, including PowerShell scripts, to process tasks
· Perform on-call duties for 24hr support model
· Tracking and documentation of projects related to specified area utilizing tools such as Jira, MS Teams
· Documenting and Maintaining SOPs and/or processes
· SN Form Enhancement and Process Workflows
· Stay knowledgeable of company and industry security standards
Required Skills:
· 3+ years of relevant work experience
· Some college training or experience in an identity and access management role
· 3+ years of experience with Active Directory, UNIX, and Database tools and concepts
· 3+ years of experience with Ticket tracking systems and Microsoft Office products
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
· Ability to quickly absorb information and adapt to an ever changing environment
· Strong documentation and problem solving skills
· Strong desire to learn and be a contributing member of a team
Desired Skills (Preferred not required):
· Four year degree preferred
· Experience with Powershell, Bash, Perl, and other scripting languages
· Highly self-motivated, directed, and can work independently without supervision in a high-pressure environment
· Optimism with a can-do attitude
