Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior D2C Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 3 years in performance marketing and a proven track record of growing D2C brands. This role requires strong leadership skills, team management capabilities, and a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing. The Senior D2C Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a team, connecting with clients on a daily basis, and designing and executing successful D2C campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with clients on a regular basis, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for D2C brands.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of performance marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Assign tasks to team members, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of D2C marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and performance marketing.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the performance marketing team.



Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, or above, in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with 3 years in performance marketing, with a focus on growing D2C brands.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, coaching, and development.
  • Ability to hire and train a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and D2C platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving results and exceeding client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech orientation; always looking out for new technologies/tools in the performance marketing space.
  • Comfortable working out of our Gurgaon office.
