The Partnership Marketing Manager at Disney's Corporate Alliances team will be responsible for project managing large-scale, global, multi-platform partner marketing programs. This includes managing creative assets, tracking deliverables and timelines, collecting stakeholder feedback, and ensuring smooth execution across various channels. The role requires strong collaboration with internal creative teams, Disney business units, and external partners. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, maintaining strong relationships, and proactively addressing any issues or inconsistencies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Disney’s Corporate Alliances team develops and holistically manages complex, long-term, multi-dimensional relationships with select brands and companies. Corporate Alliances is dedicated to driving incremental value for TWDC and its Partners through development of innovative marketing and sponsorship programs, management of partner and business unit relationships, and creation of new partnerships aligned with TWDC’s businesses and strategic goals. 

The Alliance Promotions team’s role is critical in helping secure and protect key renewals and fees from Alliance Partners.  This team manages the development and execution of high-quality, co-branded marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels for a robust portfolio of partners.

The Partnership Marketing Manager will work closely with Corporate Alliances’ Creative teams, key business stakeholders across The Walt Disney Company, and external alliance partners to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage large-scale and global multi-platform partner marketing programs; these are mass-reach consumer campaigns with retail executions, and may span multiple months/years.
  • Project management responsibilities include:
    • Routing creative assets for approvals
    • Tracking lists of deliverables
    • Tracking timelines for internal and external reviews/approvals
    • Collecting, organizing, and communicating stakeholder feedback
    • Capturing and distributing meeting notes
    • Elevating to leadership potential issues/inconsistencies across retailer and regional marketing executions
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal creative team, key Disney LOB stakeholders, and key external stakeholders at partner companies.
  • Travel required less than 5% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related professional experience required.
  • Experience working with both Creative teams and business teams.
  • Knowledge of partnership marketing & large scale, global and multi-platform campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented and incredibly organized, with a strong work ethic and a team-focused mentality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and multitask, all with absolute professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Problem solver; willing to be flexible/adaptable as projects may evolve and change directions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Marketing, Entertainment, Communications, Film/Television or related field preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Advertising experience preferred


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $107,300 to $126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
