Job Description
Lead a global DevOps team, collaborating with developers and SREs to architect solutions for improved efficiency, scalability, reliability, and observability across Moon Active's architecture. Continuously improve CI/CD processes, provide DevOps solutions for complex architecture challenges, and manage AWS and GCP environments. Mentor and educate the team on best practices while ensuring alignment with company standards. Responsibilities include leading a team, improving CI/CD, managing AWS and GCP, and ensuring security and compliance.
Must have:
- Lead global DevOps team
- Improve CI/CD processes
- Manage AWS & GCP environments
- Experience with Kubernetes & IaC
- Proficiency in Python & Bash
Good to have:
- Experience with specific tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloudformation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, New Relic)

We're looking for a talented and experienced Devops Team Leader for our infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of DevOps Engineers
- Work with developers, SRE and automation engineers to architect solutions that increase efficiency, scale, reliability and observability across Moon Active’s architecture
- Continuous improvement of CI/CD processes of the company
- Provide DevOps solutions to complex architecture challenges
- Own multiple AWS and GCP environments across multiple accounts
- Lead by personal example, mentor and educate towards best practices
- Empower engineers to be independent, while aligning to correct standards and reusability
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a DevOps/SRE/Platform engineering manager
- 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer
- Experienced with GCP and Kubernetes - Advantage
- Extensive knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes
- Significant experience with IaC (Terraform/Cloudformation/Pulumi)
- Experience with CI/CD methodologies and best practices (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
- Experience with programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Experience working with version control systems (GitHub) and GitOps flows
- Experience with database management (Redis, MySQL, MongoDB Atlas)
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus/New Relic)
- Experience with security, compliance, and quality assurance standards
