About the Role

Join our dynamic team as we seek a Sales professional to fill the crucial role of Director, Demand, EMEA! In this position, you will play a vital role in shaping and advancing Frameplay's revenue growth, with a specific focus on intrinsic in-game advertising's growing prominence in the global media landscape. As a Sales Director, you will take charge of fostering net-new agency and client direct partners, serving as a key point of contact for their day-to-day success, and introducing intrinsic in-game ad solutions to their client base.


To thrive in this role, you should bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in Media/AdTech, coupled with a deep understanding of the media industry. Proficiency in Salesforce, relationships within the media world and a proven track record of hitting annual sales quotas are crucial for excelling in this dynamic Sales position. Reporting directly to our SVP, Global Demand, you will contribute significantly to the success of our Demand Team. Role Responsibilities

  • Join the Demand team at Frameplay and play a pivotal role in contributing to revenue during a critical phase of company growth.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, encompassing tasks such as prospecting, qualifying opportunities, establishing contacts, creating pricing proposals, negotiating, and successfully closing deals.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key personnel from agencies and brands to optimise in-game advertising revenues.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Commercial Operations and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Facilitate discussions with regional accounts, coordinating efforts with go-to-market counterparts across the nation.
  • Act as the customer advocate within the organisation, collaborating with all teams to ensure the long-term partnership of your customers with Frameplay.
  • Ability to travel 25% of your time to meet with clients, industry events, internal meetings and more





 Your Skills and Experience

  • Accumulated over three years of valuable experience in the digital media sector, having worked with advertising agencies, publishers, and advertising technology vendors.
  • Established and nurtured connections with key decision-makers in marketing within renowned brands and advertising agencies, specialising in the sales of digital advertising solutions.
  • Possesses outstanding communication and negotiation prowess.
  • Approaches challenges with a growth mindset, showcasing excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Driven by self-motivation and a commitment to continuous learning, fueled by a genuine passion for the dynamic field of the advertising industry.
  • Preferred Additional Qualifications
    • Prior experience selling or buying media
    • Account management or client service experience
    • Deep Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Required Academic & Work Experience
    • BA or BS degree from a top university
    • 3+ years of progressive advertising operations experience
    • Experience in gaming, advertising, or digital media
    • IAB Ad Operations Certification or equivalent a plus

This position is a Hybrid position, based in the United Kingdom. We honour pay transparency, and the base compensation range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 plus eligibility for the sales incentive/commission plan, a meaningful equity package, a suite of employee benefits, and paid time off. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and location. Bands listed are for London based employees.
