Job Description

Aristocrat is seeking an Engineer I (Software Tester) with 0-2 years of experience to test casino games for various platforms and markets. Responsibilities include analyzing game requirements, creating test strategies and cases, executing tests, reporting defects, ensuring market compliance, and contributing to game quality and timely delivery. The role requires expertise in structured testing techniques, impact analysis, regression testing, and understanding of the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a Computer Science background and a passion for delivering high-impact casino games to a global audience. The work involves testing complex games with varying art styles, mathematical models, and compliance needs across different cabinets, markets, and languages.

Must have:

0-2 years software testing experience
Testcase design and execution skills
Structured testing techniques knowledge
Software development lifecycle understanding
Computer Science education (B.Tech/BE/MCA)

Good to have:

Impact analysis skills
Regression testing experience
Test reporting expertise

We are looking for experienced software tester who is passionate about testing and delivering high impact casino games to our global customers. You will be part of a Studio with talented team of Artists, Game Mathematicians, Game Developers and test engineers. The Studio puts a strong emphasis on quality, individual ownership and values engineers who take pride in developing games.

The role involves testing of casino games for different cabinets and markets. The role provides challenge of complexity (complex art, complex game mathematics, compliance requirements etc.) and variety (different cabinets, markets and languages). Each game is different and you will be challenged each time.

Your work will directly impact the games delivery to different markets.

What You'll Do

•   Analysis of games requirements with developers and game designers
•   Testing of slot games on different cabinets and markets
•   The testing process involves creating test strategy, testcase design, test execution, defect reporting and overall test reporting
•   Ensuring adherence of related Market Compliances
•   Key performance measurements are game quality and time to market

What We're Looking For

•   0-2 years of software testing experience
•   Excellent skills in testcase design and execution
•   Good skills in Structured Testing Techniques, impact analysis, regression testing and test reporting
•   Good understanding of Software development life cycle and software engineering principles
•   Computer Science education (B Tech/BE/MCA)
