TuxCare is seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our TuxCare Sales Team. This role will focus on selling AlmaLinux Support and FIPS compliance solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level Linux support, preferably with experience in similar offerings from RedHat, CIQ, Ubuntu, or Suse. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and engage enterprise prospects. * Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in potential client organizations. * Promote and sell AlmaLinux Support and ESU-FIPS solutions to meet and exceed sales targets. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the technical needs and security requirements of enterprise clients. * Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment. * Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals. * Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system and generate regular sales reports. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Become a member of and contributor to the Almalinux OS foundation and an AlmaLinux evangelist
Must have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales
  • Prior experience selling similar offerings at RedHat, CIQ, Ubuntu, Suse
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems and FIPS compliance
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Linux support, security, or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience selling similar offerings at RedHat, CIQ, Ubuntu, Suse, or similar companies offering enterprise Linux support is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a technical B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems and FIPS compliance requirements within Large Enterprise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a global team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Technical acumen to understand and communicate the value of our support offerings effectively and against competitive offerings
